Cards are funded solely by the City of Birmingham, to be used for program-specific purchases. The City of Birmingham has the right to restrict and/or reclaim funds loaded on the card subject to specific program rules. Residents can use the app to view account deposits & transactions and get real-time text notifications of each purchase. Text message and data rates may apply. App profiles are protected with multifactor authentication.
