As we have advanced modern medicine, more people are living longer. This is obviously a good thing! However, as we get older (a lot older!) our muscles start to reduce in size and so we become weaker. When we become weaker, we struggle to do the things we used to do so easily, like walking and even standing. Unfortunately, we do not know why this happens.
