Album Flow is the best solution for bring back the Cover Flow to you device. You can use it on all of your devices, it does not matter if it is an iPad or a mac.
The app tries to complete your music library with metadata. This means if you did not add an artwork, but the artist and album is correct, it will most probably find and download the missing cover.
