Aplikace „Ignaciánský examen“ nabízí podporu v modlitbě examenu, tradiční ignaciánské modlitbě s více než 500-letou tradicí. Víc než 30 různých examenů pomůže láskyplnému reflektivnímu pohledu na právě uplynulý den. Aplikace umožňuje výběr z tematicky různých examenů, které umožní vidět Boží přítomnost v běžné dni. Aplikace Ignaciánský examen byla inspirována knihou od Marka Thibodeaux SJ, která v českém překladu vychází i v nakladatelství Refugium. Cílem a smyslem této modlitby je naučit se vidět a vnímat Boží přítomnost v našem běžném životě, v uplynulém dni. Jako se vztah s přítelem buduje sdílením života, radostí i trápení, tak se vztah s Bohem buduje tím, že s ním sdílíme radosti i starosti dne. Právě tomu nás učí ignaciánský examen. V této modlitbě se člověk na konci dne dívá na uplynulý čas a spolu s Bohem reflektuje vzájemný vztah. Nejedná se o cvičení z morálky, o hledání vlastních chyb nebo selhání, ale o připomínku Božích doteků v uplynulém dni, Božího volání a toho, zda a jak jsme na ně odpověděli. Pojmenovávání vlastních postojů a emocí, dynamik vztahu s Bohem, vede k prohloubení společenství s Ním a učí nás porozumět tomu, jakým jazykem s námi On sám mluví v našem běžném dni.
