◆ 에이온 스마트 Aon Smart 란? 모바일 기기(스마트폰)를 통해 사진으로 촬영한 보험금청구서류를 전송할 수 있는 앱입니다. ◆이용대상자 에이온코리아보험중개(주)의 단체보험 고객사 직원이면 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다. (단, 의료비청구에 한하며 진단금, 후유장해, 사망보험금등의 청구는 불가능합니다) ◆ 알아두실 사항 1) 본 어플을 통하여 보험금 청구서류가 전송이 완료된 후 보험금청구서류 접수완료 문자, 푸시알림 등이 도착되어야 정상으로 진행된 것입니다. 2) 추가요청 사항이나 미비서류가 있을 경우 당사에서 연락 드릴 수 있으니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 3) 보험금청구는 24시간 언제든지 이용이 가능합니다.
