As the app includes many functions such as a chatbot and maps, you can tailor use to your personal interests. Main functions and content ● Chatbot Kyuta chats with you to answer your questions. Enter keywords to help Kyuta narrow down the question and provide the answers you’re looking for. ● Emergency contacts The app displays page links and emergency phone numbers such as 119 and emergency advisory center numbers (touch the numbers to call them with your smartphone.) ● First-aid support The app features a useful CPR video and a tempo which teaches you the correct rhythm for chest compression. ● FAQ Display questions and answers about fires and first aid. You can switch between content for individuals or business offices, and view the information by category. The app also displays frequently accessed questions in a ranking format. ● Fire map The fire map displays the locations of fire department facilities, fire museums, disaster prevention learning centers, seminar venues, and firefighting events.
