Mit heidelberg EMOBIL geht laden nun ganz einfach. In der Übersichtskarte finden Sie alle Ladestationen der Stadtwerke Heidelberg inklusive Verfügbarkeit und Navigation. Sie können ganz einfach in der App Ihre gewünschte Ladestation freischalten, E-Auto laden und anschließend mithilfe des hinterlegten Bankkontos bezahlen. Die entstandenen Kosten werden per Lastschrift abgebucht.
In ihrem persönlichen Account können Sie sich Ihre Ladevorgänge und Rechnungen anschauen. Dort können Sie auch ihre persönlichen Daten abrufen und verwalten.

With the chargeBIG app you can unlock chargeBIG charging points and track your charging process.

This is how charging with the chargeBIG app works:
• Park your car at one of our chargeBIG charging points.
• Unlock charging point: Scan the QR code on the plug of the charging point. Or enter the five-digit charging point ID.
• Enter payment details: Enter your email address and choose a payment method.
• Plug in the charging cable: Done, the charging process begins.
• During the charging process, you can see the charged amount in kWh and the charging power in kW.
• At the end of the charging process, we will send you a receipt by email.
