MedBalance vs SQUATX Exercise App Utilisation & Stats
The MedBalance App seeks to help people become more aware and knowledgeable of their body, brain, and overall wellness. MedBalance wants to do this by educating people on how to best serve their body and brain. Users will fill out information based on their current state which includes height, weight, age, water intake, amount of sleep, etc. This will then allow the app to better help understand the user. One of the app's main focuses is to alert users to any nutrient deficiencies that may be present. The app will also inform the users on ways to receive these nutrients in ways not currently found in their day-to-day. The app will also instruct users on proper medications, side effects, allergies, and more. The MedBalance app in no way is meant to be a diagnosis or a replacement for routine check-ups, but rather a way for users to stay informed on their body and brain.

Use the SQUATX Exercise App to quickly and easily create your daily exercise routine. The app provides you with the full control necessary to target specific body muscles, configure your personal workout timer settings, and save and run your own custom Workout-of-the-Day (WoD). Your SQUATX APP WoD can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be. When you're ready to start your WoD, select the WoD you want to run and press "Go" on the SQUATX App’s Built-in Timer/Exercise Video Screen.
Vary your WoD by exercise, exercise quantity, and work and rest durations. As you workout, the related motion video for each exercise will run along with the SQUATX timer for all repetitions of each exercise. The app contains 85+ exercises for SmithShaper or similar equipment.
Each WoD you create is saved on your phone in case you want to repeat it on another day. The SQUATX app enables you to leverage the versatility provided by SmithShaper home fitness equipment to keep your daily workouts fresh as you sculpt and enhance your body over time. For example, say you want to focus on your abdominals over your next few workouts. Depending upon your SmithShaper equipment, you might decide to target your abs with different exercises each day. You could do ab rolls on Monday, core crushers on Tuesday, rolling planks on Wednesday, and sideways jackknives on Thursday, etc. In addition, the exercise freedom provided across the line of portable and reliable SmithShaper® multipurpose exercisers, enables you to get fit and/or maintain your physical conditioning indoors or outdoors.
All 85+ SmithShaper exercises are included within the SQUATX app. This includes door-anchored and self-anchored resistance band-bar exercises as well as rolling bodyweight resistance exercises (e.g. rolling wall squats, ab rolls, core crushers, and many more) on the patented SmithShaper PRO or FIT model ASR (Ab Squat Roller) or SQUATX devices. In addition to the 25 ASR exercises such as wall squats and ab-rollouts, many other exercises are possible on the SQUATX device such as resistance band shadow boxing, and resistance band chest presses with rolling wall squats, and more.
The SQUATX App is based upon the SmithShaper SQUATX Max 85-Exercise System. However, any SmithShaper multipurpose exerciser(s) you own can be used with the SQUATX app. Similar workout equipment from other manufacturers can also be used with the SQUATX app.
