West Group Booking vs ITruckCarrier Utilisation & Stats

West Group Booking Application is used by the truck drivers to book token for visiting the Depot/Yard of West Group in Dammam and Jeddah. The truck driver must login to the Application using his mobile Number. He must select the city where he needs appointment. He must also select the service (offloading the container or loading the container). After service selection, he must choose the Date of Appointment. The available options are Today, Tomorrow or Specific Date. If the driver selects "Today", then he can select which time he can visit the Depot/Yard. If the driver choses "Tomorrow", then the application issues a token and a specifc time at which the driver must arrive at the Depot/Yard. Finally, if the driver selects "Specific Date", then driver can select any date he intends to visit the Depot/Yard. Upon confirmation, the Token will be issued to the driver. And the driver can visit the Depot/Yard at the time booked Date/Time.
