Kristina Kochel spent most of her working life at that stand, and in 2007, purchased the business. With much time and many changes, The Luncheonette morphed into Andy Pepper's, relocated to the Oley Valley, and became a family business. Now, Tina co-owns Andy Pepper's with her husband Andy, who you'll see standing behind the counter on your next visit.
