ThrustMe vs Axxon App Utilisation & Stats
ThrustMe is an app developed by the postgraduate education in Manual Therapy at Ghent University. The app houses over 60 manipulation techniques of the spine. For every technique, there is a description of the position of patient and therapist, contact points and the thrust direction. Every technique is supported by photos and handy movies. This app is a handy companion for health care professionals who are licensed to safely perform spinal manipulations. The app is available as a free version with in-app purchases.

The AXXON mobile app. The app for physiotherapists! AXXON is the only recognized professional organization for physiotherapists in Belgium. The AXXON application is built up out of 2 parts: one part accessible to the general public, for all citizens and care providers, and another part specifically for physiotherapists (AXXON members). In the public area, you can search for a physiotherapist based on geographic location, and / or special competence (specialization). With the application, AXXON can send push messages, both publicly and to its members. These messages can contain specific health information, including prevention notifications or messages related to the competencies of physiotherapy. The AXXON members now have their membershipcard in their pocket at all times.
