Workouts, steps, diet, hydration and biometric measures such as weight are all shared if you give permission!
Please note that you must have an account on a Motivation Alliance portal through your company, hospital or other organization (such as the U.S. Government and U.S. Air Force) before you can sign in using the Alliance app.
