From muscle building gym workout plans to calisthenics exercises and weight loss, Muscle Booster creates a personalized workout plan based on your goals and personal data. So whether you work out at home or at the gym, Muscle Booster's smart training algorithm will guide you through your sets, rep ranges and rest intervals to help you achieve your training goals and reach your personal milestones more efficiently.

1) Gain access to a library of 1000+ workouts, tailored to both men and women for muscle gain, weight loss, recovery and more, both at home or at the gym.
2) Use Workout Player for audio exercise tips, instructions, information on muscles being used and a workout / rest timer (workout controls available via Apple Watch)

HOW DOES WORKOUT PLANNER WORK?
- Set your fitness goals - weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, flexibility or injury recovery
- Select your target zone - arms, core, abs, pecs, stomach, legs, chest, shoulders or full-body
- Enter your personal data - age, gender, height, weight and fitness level
- Set your desired workout location – gym or home
- Choose which days and what times suit you to workout
- Select the equipment available
- Enter any health or training restrictions, from injuries to cardiovascular disease
- Add personal reminders to ensure you never miss an opportunity to workout
- Take an AI test to measure your fitness level
- Receive a personalized workout plan

APPLE HEALTHKIT:
Muscle Booster integrates with Apple HealthKit, so you can export nutrition and exercise data from Muscle Booster to HealthKit, as well as fitness data and weight and body measurements from HealthKit to Muscle Booster.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
Download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• When cancelling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
