All you need is a valid e-passport, your ASB login details and a NFC compatible phone. If you don’t have a passport, you can use your NZ driver licence. The app will ask you to scan your ID and your face, selfie-style. Need to prove your address? Electronically verify your address by uploading a relevant document, follow the instructions in the app. Once your identity or address are verified and confirmed you can delete the ASB ID app. Download the ASB Mobile Banking app to manage your money on the go.
