Fluss+ turns your iPhone into a key that can open your garage, your gate, your door (anything's that is electronically triggered). Can be triggered either through via bluetooth or WiFi. The Fluss+ hardware must be installed on the motor and the App will communicate with the hardware through bluetooth and/or internet. The owner of the device can share various types of access with other people and revoke access if needed.
