AventX Mobile Work Requests allows Oracle eAM users to create work requests and work orders with the push of a button from an iPhone or iPad. Users can easily attach photos to the work request to provide helpful context for maintenance planners and technicians. AventX also allows users to monitor their recently submitted requests so they know if the work has been rejected, scheduled or completed. With Mobile Work Requests, operations and maintenance teams can communicate more effectively to report, plan and complete work more efficiently. Create Work Requests: - Search assets by asset number, department, or description - Set priority, work type, and request by date - Include a description of conditions and work to be done Capture and Attach Pictures: - Capture asset conditions and details with the camera or from the photo library - Attached photos automatically upload with the work request submission Create Work Orders - Filter based on asset information - Add a description based on the work required - Distribute to Mobile Work Order app upon creation AventX Work Requests is part of AventX Mobile for eAM suite. KPIs are shared with your vendor in real-time, so everyone knows the score. ONE TO MANY EZMaxVendor allows you to work with as many vendors as you like, and allows you see all vendor assignments at a glance, including a filterable calendar view. Vendors are able to use the app to work with all clients using EZMaxVendor, and can see all assignments. SEPARATE AND SECURE EZMaxVendor prevents service vendors from ever accessing your EAM. Instead, encrypted information is pushed and pulled from the EZMaxVendor Cloud using access tokens. Short-lived authentication tokens control access to the app, so technicians that do not have current assignments are denied access. REAL-TIME AWARENESS Maintain real-time awareness of when a work request is reviewed, accepted, modified, confirmed, and assigned. Know when the technician arrives on-site, when work status changes, and when the task is completed. All task details are captured for your EAM system, and can be viewed in the app by you and your vendor at any time.
