Service Snap vs CSMT - Certified Service Utilisation & Stats
Service Snap from Reynolds and Reynolds allows dealership personnel to take photos on mobile devices to document vehicle condition. Designed and built as part of Reynolds Retail Management System, Service Snap stores photos with the repair order – allowing you to easily send them to customers to explain necessary repairs. Technicians find repair opportunities, take photos of the specific part or vehicle, and link photos to jobs on the repair order. Advisors may then send this information to the customer to help explain the issue. This transparent communication helps acquire approval faster, streamlining service processes.
*Service Snap is only available for ERA-IGNITE and Advanced Service from Reynolds.
