In addition, it provides clinicians to distribute questionnaires for patients to fill in periodically. A combination of patient logged information and their questionnaire response will enable their clinician to fine tune the course of therapy. The app also provides a range of support information to the patient by allowing the clinicians to dynamically add information resources about Parkinson’s disease, medications, side effects, community groups and exercises. The app also allows a patient to connect with a caregiver so that the caregiver can provide information on patient’s behalf as well as track patient logged information about medication and food intake and exercises.
