Thats great! but it (currently) isn’t the law in most of the UK to display food hygiene ratings, so you could be eating out in a place with a rating of 1 and never know about it! Businesses like restaurants, takeaways, cafes or bars aren't going to brag about getting a rating of 1 and display the hygiene rating like those who score a 5.
