The app automatically finds your current location with the Smartphone GPS.
You can pre-book up to one week in advance.
You can also indicate whether you want a regular-sized taxi or if you have excess baggage, you can order a larger taxi.
If you enter your phone number, the driver can send you SMS notifying when the taxi arrives.

The purpose of the app is to provide payment possibilities of various sorts in public transportation, including single tickets and period passes (such as monthly or yearly passes) for the citizens and guests of Reykjavík. The user can, in the first phase, sign on, register a payment method, purchase a travel media and confirm the purchase by validation in the buses of Strætó.
