HID Mobile Access® is the quality access control you have come to expect in the form of a mobile device. The App will only be useful to you once your organization has been setup with compatible readers and your security administrator can issue Mobile IDs. To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the app is not open. Location Services is used exclusively for this purpose. HID Mobile Access is also supported on Android smartwatches running Wear OS, as an extension of the paired mobile device. It cannot be used on its own and requires the paired mobile device to be present.
