As a club member, you have direct access to the club schedule to book a free fitness timeslot, group lessons, squash, etc. You can easily manage your bookings via your booking overview. In the app, you will also find a variety of workouts and video lessons that you can do at the club and/or at home. This will help you to get started right away! Via your personal performance page, you can track your training efforts. To track your personal performance even more accurately, we offer you the option to integrate your app with Apple Health.
