We’re a membership-based ice bath social club featuring luxurious shared ice baths, a magnificent magnesium salt hot bath, a shared social sauna and a funky cafe serving healthy treats.
We offer unlimited access to our ice baths, sauna and hot bath and hold regular ice bath & breathwork training for our members.
Our club is designed to bring together the best of recovery which supports overall health and body wellbeing, while having room to socialise, fuel up with healthy treats and meet with other motivated people.

We offer signature workouts in Cycling, Boxing, HIIT & Yoga. Each program is developed in-house and built on a consistent foundation: music. Expect our classes to keep your heart rate elevated and end with the same goal: a kickass sweat and a good time!
