WHAT IS NICA - PANIC ATTACK RELIEF AID?
During panic attacks, especially if nobody is physically with you at that moment, you may feel so alone and get scared. You may feel like something bad is going to happen and you may feel like you have no control over it. In those moments, you may need a friend or companion along the way who can distract you, give some calming and friendly suggestions you would be happy to hear, or just be a guide to you in a moment when you can't think clearly. For instance, if you feel like you can't stop your thoughts, Nica your friend is going to be your side and respond with "You are in control. I know that you may feel like you are not. But just be sure again that you literally are :)"
