The Resilience - By Inner Armor app works in conjunction with Thought Technology Ltd.’s eVu TPS Biofeedback sensor to teach self-awareness, relaxation, and focus through the monitoring of biometric data and self-regulation. US Federal Law restricts eVu TPS Biofeedback sensors to sale by or on the order of a licensed healthcare practitioner. Features of the Resilience - By Inner Armor include: • Displays biometric data for four well-research modalities: skin conductance, temperature, respiration, and heart rate variability (HRV). • Self-training using Biofeedback: a point-based program that automatically tailors success appropriate to the user’s skill level. • Live graphs and proportional midi-tone Biofeedback of biometric data. • Breath pacer that guides the user to slow down their breathing, maximize HRV, and engage a healthy nervous system response. • Choice of training session lengths between 5 and 60 minutes. • Data review system to gauge training program progress. • All session data is saved in individual user profiles; only you get to see your data. • Integrated user manual for using the TPS sensor and Resilience - By Inner Armor app.
