The Major Incident Command Assist (MICA), is a communications and workflow platform for law enforcement to empower leaders to better manage the collaborative response of law enforcement agencies to major incidents like child abductions and active shooter scenarios.
MICA serves as a real-time central clearinghouse of intelligence ensuring that all agents in the field have access to the latest, most accurate information.
MICA virtualizes the incident command headquarters enabling the incident commander to take command and control of all resources of the participating agencies from the desktop. Law enforcement offers can be dispatched from wherever they are located, minimizing the travel time to get to each lead.
MICA enables officers in the field to utilize their mobile device as a first class evidence gathering tool.
