We often have too many photos. They often eat up either the storage space on the phone, or the iCloud space quota. Even if we have unlimited storage, they still create a lot of noise, making it harder to pick the best photos. This app provides the fastest way to declutter the Photos app. You can either: (1) just delete all photos that are not favorited (way of the ultimate zen / minimalist) (2) move all photos that are not favorited to an album call "To Delete". Then you can easily select all of them, and back them up to an external drive, or another app/service, and then delete them from Photos.
