CogniCare helps you with this by suggesting ways on how you can care for yourself. This includes connecting you to events and services so you stay part of your community. When you’re caring for someone there is a lot going on, and it can be difficult to stay on top of things. We understand this, so we’ve made it easy for you to keep track of everything in one place.
