Artificial intelligence is used to predict, inform and protect the public and communities by reducing response times as every second counts in an emergency. This is done by assisting first responders, emergency services, CPF and the SAPS to firstly know what to expect, where the incident is taking place and to, based on local knowledge, provide the best possible service to their respective communities through resource allocation and management.
