To read e-tickets and cards, make sure you have an NFC compatible device (iOS 10.13+ on iPhone 7 or newer). Open the left side menu in the application by scrolling right on the main interface or by tapping on the top-left menu button, open the "Electronic tickets reader" section, then simply follow the onscreen instruction by placing the electronic ticket or card on the back of the device, until the appearance of the screen with the data read from the ticket or card.
