Clients can add external investment accounts, credit cards, and checking or savings accounts through Plaid to enable a holistic view of finances in one convenient location, and account balances, asset allocations and transaction information will update automatically. Clients also have the option to 'co-browse' the TCB PWA Portal application with their Private Wealth Advisor, allowing for real-time, hands-on strategy and planning.
