COSGOTV provides a tool for self-governing grassroots activists to engage with their state legislators, and run missions to Get Out The Vote, and other liberty-oriented goals, through outreach using text messaging. This app is available for assigned volunteers of Convention of States Project. The goal of Convention of States Project is to have its resolution passed in at least 34 states, to call for a Convention of States to propose amendments to the US Constitution, which fall within one of 3 subject matters, 1) fiscal restraints, 2) term limits, or 3) reduce scope and jurisdiction of the Federal government.
