The information system "My Seversk" was implemented as part of the regional project "Smart Cities of the Tomsk Region" and the municipal program "Digital Development of ZATO Seversk" as a digital platform for involving citizens in solving urban development issues ("Active Citizen") and is aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and increasing the level of public confidence in the authorities through active participation in the life of the city.
