Hoi Ping Chamber of Commerce Secondary School (HPCCSS) was founded in 1973. Since its establishment, HPCCSS has been an aided, co-educational and English-medium school that seeks to offer an all-round education to students. HPCCSS app aims at proving a better communication platform between our school, parents, teachers and students, establishing a fast and secure online fee payment system and helping parents to understand their children's school performance. 旅港開平商會中學於1973年創立，是一所政府津貼的全日制男女中學，以英文為主要教學語言，並致力為學生提供全人教育。 手機應用程式「HPCCSS」旨在提供一個更方便的溝通橋樑聯繫本校、家長、教師及學生，建立一個便捷且安全的網上付費系統並幫助家長更有效地了解他們子女的學校表現。
