Here you will get fitness motivation, shape the best version of yourself mentally and physically, and reach your fitness goals with ACF, a personal training app founded by an elite trainer, Anne Craig. This app is curated to challenge and push you to your limits. Each week you'll receive a total of ten new workouts split into two categories. You will have access to five home and five gym workouts, so you can take training with you wherever you go. Our workouts are programmed to cycle through endurance, hypertrophy, strength, and power training. As a result, you will maximize burning body fat, building lean muscle, and staying injury-free. Workouts include: HIIT Circuit Training Strength Training Functional Training Endurance Training Bodyweight exercises Recovery and LISS Cardio Core Equipment needed: For gym workouts, you'll need access to: -Squat racks -Free weight and KBs -Machines and Cables -Treadmills, Rowers, and Stairmasters -TRX and Battle Ropes -Weighted balls, benches, and boxes -Mat For home workouts, you'll need: -Long Loop resistance bands -Mini Bands -Free Weights -An elevated surface such as a couch, chair, or cooler -Mat Join the ACF Community of women who are committing to themselves, taking control of their health and fitness, and strengthening themselves from the inside out. Subscription pricing & terms ACF offers a free 3-day trial when downloaded. Ongoing use requires an active subscription. You can choose between one month, three months, and yearly subscriptions. Ongoing use requires an active subscription which is available in monthly, quarterly, or yearly models. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing your subscription.
