PDC by Capture Data Services vs SmartRooms (with RoomPlan) Uso & Estadísticas
PDC by Capture Data Services is a fast and accurate way for real estate professionals to collect property data. Users can capture essential property data, take photographs, log measurements, and render a floorplan in just minutes.
In order to start an inspection you should receive an inspection order by e-mail.
How to start an order:
1. First download the PDC App.
2. Once the App has been installed, click on the order link you’ve received by email.
3. The first time the link may redirect you to safari, just scroll a bit down and a banner with the option to open in PDC should appear on top. If not, you may long tap on the link and the option to open in the PDC App should be listed.
4. The app should show an acceptance screen. You are ready to start the inspection!

With the SmartRooms app you can quickly and easily create detailed 3D models of your rooms including furnishings.
Simply scan your room with your LiDAR device in the app and get a 3D model of your room including measurements.
Still within the camera scan view you have the possibility to interactively select single walls, doors, cabinets,... to display the dimensions.
Once the room scan is complete, you can view the finished 3D model and a clear summary.
To access your files later, you can simply download them or save them to your preferred location via sharing.
Please note: Since the app uses the latest RoomPlan technology from Apple, it can only be used on iPhones and iPads with LiDAR sensor.
