App shall also capture the geotagged photo graph with timestamp during the capturing of photo. System shall prohibit users to upload photo or any old video from gallery. On registration of a grievance an ticket number shall be issued on behalf of that and the ticket number can be used in future for tracking the status of registered grievance. This application will have bi-lingual mode (Language change) as English & Odia.
