The illustrated app “Stories about Jesus Christ” is a collection of retold Bible stories and direct quotations from the Bible in three languages: Georgian, Russian and English. In 2002, they were translated into Georgian by Roin Kondzhariy and published with illustrations by David Popiashvili. The English translation was made by Anna-Lena Hansson. In our app it is possible not only to enjoy the pictures and read the text, but you can also listen to text in the different languages. The app includes streaming audio. Audio files may also be downloaded to the smartphone's internal memory, with subsequent offline listening. An Internet connection is needed for the first download of each audio file. Users can highlight verses in different colors, make bookmarks, write notes and view their reading history.
