Residents are allowed to book a slot, without having to go to the Management Office and submitting a form. Once the Management has responded to the appointment, residents will likewise receive an alert regarding the status updates. Defect Report - provides a platform for residents to lodge a report regarding an incident or defect occurring within the neighbourhood, without having to go to the Management Office.
