A Táborfalvai Lő- és Gyakorlótér Magyarország második legnagyobb aktív katonai lőtere, mely csaknem 150 éve elsődlegesen honvédelmi rendeltetésű és ez alapvetően meghatározta a táj mai képének alakulását.
