In looking for the best way to deliver this program to the public, I decided to create a simple to use “App” that could be used anywhere and anytime, with very little space. All you need is “You”, some comfortable clothing to move in, and your phone. What makes this App truly unique is its ability to accurately diagnose exactly what your body needs on a particular day using Traditional Chinese Medical diagnostics, and then designs you a specifically tailored moving meditation exercise program for the symptoms you are experiencing.
This groundbreaking App is easy to use and has three different options to help you care for your mind, breath and body.
Option #1 - Do the Full Set
For first time users, this would be one of two options to start with. By clicking this option, the app will take your through 8 different videos that comprise the entire qigong workout. Just follow along to heal yourself.
Option # 2 Get prescribed exercises
For first time or returning users, have the app diagnose what exercises you need on this specific day to heal your body. Use the five different organ drop down menus to select what symptoms you are experiencing and the app will design a tailored workout specifically for you.
Option #3
For returning users who are familiar with the app, this option will. allow you to choose whatever exercises you want to do today.
Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) has been used in China as a preventative health methodology for nearly five thousand years. There are over 3600 different Qigong styles, Tai Qi, being on the of the most well known. In essence, Qi gong is composed of soft, slow, calisthenics (body weight) movements designed to stimulate the major acupuncture meridians of the body, which in turn, have a corresponding effect on the internal organs, As Qigong is performed, the mind is engaged in specific visualizations, coordinated with specific breathing patterns, in doing so, the physical movements become a moving meditation.

Qigong Massage is an excellent method of quick pain relief. This video is a comprehensive introduction to the art of massage and to the acupressure points (or acupoints), channels, and meridians in the human body. It presents the fundamental techniques and theories of Qigong massage that you can use to enhance your skills and deepen your knowledge and application of Qi (energy) healing. You will find the instruction practical and useful for recovering from fatigue, aches, pains, tension, and stress.
The flow of qi can be disturbed either through external trauma, such as an injury, or internal trauma such as depression or stress, or even just a sedentary lifestyle. When the body is energetically out of balance, this is when symptoms like aches and pain start to occur and we start to experience a state of "disease". Wherever you feel pain or tightness, your energetic circulation is stagnant, or even blocked. Stagnation is the root of injury or illness. Qigong massage is used to assess the distribution of qi throughout the body and to try to correct any imbalances accordingly.

During his thirteen years of martial arts and massage training under Master Cheng, Gin Gsao in Taipei, Taiwan, Dr. Yang studied Tui Na and Dian Xue massage techniques, and herbal treatments. His experience with ‘real life martial art injuries’ and personal use of Qigong massage treatments, along with his scientific background, makes him uniquely qualified to present this profound qigong massage training program.
The practice of qigong massage is one of the oldest methods of healing, built upon five thousand years of study and a highly refined, solid theoretical foundation. Used to improve health, slow down aging, and prevent and treat many types of illnesses, Qigong massage is a vast healing science, and it is the root of many other popular forms of massage therapy.
Qi-gong translates from Chinese to Energy-Work. Qigong Massage is also known as acupressure, and is the root of the popular Japanese art of Shiatsu massage. It is similar to acupuncture in its usage of the meridians (energy channels) and acupressure points (tsubo in Japanese), but without the use of needles.
Shiatsu is a Japanese word made up of two written characters meaning finger (shi) and pressure (atsu). We can say Shiatsu is a variant of accupressure, as it involves the stimulation of the acupoints with pressure. In Qigong massage, the pressure is sometimes applied over a wider area, not just over the acupoints; sometimes, the pressure is applied precisely over the acupoints.
Qigong massage creates flexibility and balance in the body, both physically and energetically, by improving the flow of energy that circulates through our bodies in the meridians. We all have a "life force", Qi (energy) within all our trillions of cells, allowing them to function. Qi also regulates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stability. Qi (ki in Japanese) maintains a homeostatic balance in your body.
