Prior to becoming a coach, I had established a long-standing history with family, friends and co-workers as a confidant and key resource offering counsel, a supportive ear or a strong shoulder for others that produced positive outcomes and often life-changing events for people. With the goal of refining my existing skills, I enrolled in one of the top coach training programs in the industry.
