This app is designed to be used as a remote display for POINT devices via Bluetooth as well as a remote support tool to connect directly with the Scale-Tec product support team to diagnose scale issues.

The POINT app allows you to contact our support team through live chat. Scale-Tec can also perform a remote support session with you, allowing Scale-Tec to virtually access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose your entire scale system.

How to use :-
- If you want to scale for weight, go to a weight scale.
Enter fixed price per kg, per gm, of any product and enter the amount that you are paying to buy that product and click on weight calculation.
Example: If wheat price 200 rupees per kg and you have only 80 rupees to buy a wheat, enter both price, and calculate the weight.
- If you want to calculate the price, go to a weight scale.
Enter the fixed amount per kg of that product and enter the weight and you can select the unit (kg, g), and click on calculate price.
Example : wheat is 100 rupees per kg and you want to buy 50 g, enter the fixed price 100 rupees and enter the weight that you want to buy 50g and select the unit (g), and you can easily calculate the prices.
