Use your EQuIS Credentials to login and access our large form library. Once you collect data on your selected form you can push saved forms from EDP to EQuIS. You can even view the form status on Collect (received, accepted, rejected, completed). Collecting non-EQuIS data? Not a problem. Our app collects any data!
