PaintSnap turns photos into paintings one brushstroke at a time, with styles ranging from realist to impressionistic - inspired by painters such as Van Gogh. PaintSnap also generates painting animations, which can be helpful for painters, digital artists, or art class students looking to paint photos in a style inspired by Impressionism. You can choose from 5 different painting styles - Impressionist level 0 through 4. Increasing the level will make the painting more impressionistic, while decreasing it will make it more realist (more closely matching the photo). The Repaint button in the bottom right allows you to create a slightly different version of the painting using the same photo and style - every painting generated is unique! - PaintSnap also generates painting animations, which you can save as videos or animated GIFs to your device with PaintSnap Premium. There are 2 painting animation types available: "Painting Creation" and "Infinite Loop" - which you can change in Settings. Some people find the "Infinite Loop" painting animations relaxing when style is set to Impressionist Level 2 or higher. To make GIFs, change the Video File Type in Settings to GIF. PaintSnap still works while offline, so you can use it anywhere and anytime! By default, PaintSnap uses face detection to paint faces in more detail. You can turn this off in Settings for photos with no faces for optimal results and slightly faster processing time. If enjoy using PaintSnap: Photo to Painting, please consider leaving an App Store review or rating — we’d really appreciate it! Every review counts and helps indie developers and digital artists like ourselves. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us at support@getpaintsnap.com. Device Requirements: - iPhones: iPhone 6s or newer. - iPads: iPad 6th gen or newer, iPad Air 3 or newer, or any iPad Pros. Specifications: - The painting image that you can save to your device is 3240 pixels wide with PaintSnap Premium, and 1080 pixels wide with the free version. - (PaintSnap Premium only) The painting animation video is 1080 pixels wide when saved as an MP4 video, and 800 pixels wide as a GIF. If you want to share an infinite loop animation on Instagram, pick the video file type of MP4 since Instagram does not allow GIFs. If you want to share a GIF painting animation with a friend using iMessage, go to your iPhone/iPad's settings and make sure that Settings->Messages->Low Quality Image Mode is turned OFF.
