Mithilfe der hvv Card Info-App und einem NFC-fähigen Smartphone können Sie Ihre hvv Card selbständig auslesen – jederzeit und überall. So haben Sie immer im Blick, welche Produkte sich auf Ihrer Kundenkarte befinden. Aktuelle Änderungen an Ihren Produkten und Verträgen werden erst angezeigt, nachdem Sie diese auf Ihrer hvv Card aktualisiert haben. Dies können Sie selbstständig an jedem Automaten veranlassen. Alternativ helfen wir Ihnen gerne in einer unserer Servicestellen. Sie haben eine hvv Prepaid Card? Auch diese können Sie mit der hvv Card Info-App und einem NFC-fähigen Smartphone auslesen. So erhalten Sie schnell und einfach Informationen zu aktuellen und nicht mehr gültigen Fahrkarten oder dem Guthaben auf Ihrer hvv Prepaid Card. Hinweis: Die hvv Card Info-App dient lediglich der Anzeige gekaufter Fahrscheine. Eine Überprüfung deren Gültigkeit an Ihrem aktuellen Ort bzw. auf Ihrer aktuellen Fahrt ist hiermit nicht möglich. Das Auslesen der hvv Card oder hvv Prepaid Card erfolgt über Near Field Communication (NFC). Dieser internationale Übertragungsstandard ermöglicht den Austausch von Daten zwischen Ihrer hvv Card oder hvv Prepaid Card und Ihrem NFC-fähigen Smartphone auf kurzer Distanz. Dies bedeutet, dass Sie Ihre hvv Card oder hvv Prepaid Card lediglich kurz an die Rückseite Ihres Smartphones halten müssen, um einen Überblick über die darauf gespeicherten Produkte zu erhalten. Voraussetzung für den erfolgreichen Informationsaustausch ist die aktivierte NFC-Funktion in den Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones.

The Rheinbahn App makes it really easy for you to get around by bus and train in the Düsseldorf, area, throughout the VRR (Rhine-Ruhr public transport system) and NRW. Advantages of the Rheinbahn App, - You can also buy the Deutschlandticket in the App and travel throughout Germany by bus and train for 49 euros. The ticket replaces the 9-euro ticket and can be bought easily as a digital ticket. - DASHBOARD: When you open the App, your personal dashboard opens first with the main functions for travel around Düsseldorf by public transport (ÖPNV). You can buy the Deutschlandticket here, find an overview of the tickets you have bought and are valid, and can store your most important connections and lines in “Schnellauskunft” (Quick Information) or “Abfahrtsmonitor” (Departure Monitor). - DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION: You can manage your subscription digitally. You can also change any smart cards into a digital subscription with barcode. - EEZY.NRW: If you only travel occasionally by public transport in the Düsseldorf area then choose the Check-In-/Check-Out-Tarif eezy.nrw. Simply check in with the App and check out again at the end of your journey. The fare is calculated automatically according to the linear kilometres travelled. The total cost per month is no more than 49 euros. - TICKETS: In the Rheinbahn App you have access to the entire range of VRR tickets, VRS and NRW tickets and, of course, also the Deutschlandticket. You can also buy tickets for your bicycle or first-class tickets. We have made it even easier for you to buy your ticket and you can choose from various ways to pay: SEPA direct debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), prepaid (not possible with eezy.nrw) and PayPal. - MULTI-TRIP TICKETS: Your 4- and 10- tickets are now clearly displayed and you can see at a glance how many journeys you have left. - TIMETABLE INFORMATION FOR NRW: The timetable information system that thinks for itself: in addition to the set favourites and your current location, the stops or stations you frequently use are prioritised. - TRAVEL INFO (VERKEHRSINFO): To help you to get around more easily, Travel Info shows you whether there are any current delays on our buses or trains. We help you plan your journey better. - INDIVIDUAL QUICK INFORMATION (INDIVIDUELLE SCHNELLAUSKUNFT): Simply drag and drop the icons for your start and destination favourites and the next connections will be displayed. - DEPARTURE MONITOR (ABFAHRTSMONITOR): Here you can choose a stop or station and the next departures will be displayed. Thanks to the punctuality forecast, you know exactly when you have to leave. - PUSH MESSAGES: You can set your favourite lines and times individually and will receive relevant notifications of delays directly to your smartphone.
