By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of Gut IQ is free of charge. Should you use Gut IQ to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

SunUp sends you reminders every morning at sunrise, so you can get the benefit of early morning sunlight. It aims to be a "set and forget" solution that will automatically update the reminder time every day based on your location. Why? Not only is it a lovely time of the day to be outside, it also has numerous health benefits. SunUp was inspired by the Huberman Lab podcast. Prof. Huberman says: "Viewing sunlight within the first hours of waking (as soon as you can, even if through cloud cover) increases early-day cortisol release (the ideal time for elevated cortisol) and prepares the body for sleep later that night. A morning spike in cortisol will also positively influence your immune system, metabolism and ability to focus during the day.
Further, morning sunlight helps regulate your “circadian clock” — the body’s mechanism for anticipating when to wake up and go to sleep — and it manages other biological processes like hunger and body temperature. "
