We punch and blanch our fries. We hand-roll gnocchi. We make our own veggie stock to use for soups, gravies. We make all of our own sauces - garlic mayo, caesar, chipotle mayo, crema. We use coconut milk, soy milk and oat milk. We make our own gluten free flour mixes. We use pure vanilla extract. We use pure Vegan Butter in our icing and baking. We use 70% dark chocolate powder.
