GlobiLab software for iPad was specifically designed to engage students and help visualize complex science concepts by harnessing the iPad built-in accelerometer sensor, data display, multimedia and multi-touch features. GlobiLab employs colourful data displays in a variety of meter types, intuitive icons and iPad multi-touch to deliver an even more immediate learning experience. For example, students can use map, zoom, pinch and pan gestures to view and analyze collected GPS experiment data displayed on a satellite map.
