Yoga AI uses your device's camera to detect your body and draws a wireframe pose on top of it. At the end of the exercise, you will get: - Your actual accuracy. - Your drawn wireframe pose compared to the ideal wireframe. - A written feedback so that you can read and improve your technique. With all these features, you can save a record of all your exercises so you can see how much you have improved over time. You can also create goals for any yoga pose within the app, set a desired accuracy to achieve, and visualize in a graph your progress from the start of the goal to the end. Once you have prepared your physiology, now it's time for the psychology: the mind. Meditation is one of the most beneficial practices you can do in your day to day to improve as a person. Therefore, within the app you'll find many meditation sounds like rain, campfires, birds, melodies, and so on to play while you meditate. You can combine all the sounds you want and create your own atmosphere. Yoga AI has other features like a section where you'll find readings about Eastern philosophy, meditation techniques, karma, and so many Buddhist and Hindu concepts; and other section to plan your day and save your routines to form a habit. If you want, you can receive notifications to remind you every time you have to do an activity in the week.
